Welcome to Alpine Facial Cosmetic Surgery. Your first visit is a personalized experience designed to help you feel informed, comfortable, and confident from the moment you arrive.
During your consultation, you’ll meet with your surgeon to discuss your goals, evaluate your facial aesthetics, and explore treatment options tailored specifically to you. To ensure a smooth and efficient visit, we recommend completing your patient forms online in advance. If you’re unable to do so, please arrive a few minutes early and our team will be happy to assist you.
What to Bring
For a smooth appointment, please bring the following items:
- Referral slip and any relevant X-rays
- A list of your current medications
- Medical or dental insurance details
- A valid ID (such as a driver’s license)
- A form of payment
If you’re under 18, you’ll need to come with a parent or legal guardian to your consultation.

Dr. Arman Haghighi, Dr. Brian Rowan, and Dr. Syrus Haghighi will review your medical history, evaluate your facial structure, and provide expert recommendations tailored to achieve natural, balanced results.
You’ll leave your consultation with a clear understanding of your options, expected outcomes, and next steps. In most cases, procedures are scheduled for a future date, with detailed guidance provided to ensure a smooth, confident experience from preparation through recovery.
